My Story

Meet Veronica—the powerhouse behind You-nique Interior Designs! With over 25 years of experience in the design industry, she’s a creative visionary and a hands-on expert who brings every project to life. What started as a home business while raising her four children has become a full-fledged design service that transforms spaces with style and personality.

Veronica has done everything from custom window treatments to faux and decorative painting (you might have seen her murals in local schools!). But her passion doesn’t stop at design—she’s just as comfortable wielding a paintbrush as she is using power tools. Whether she’s installing a statement feature wall or conceptualizing a full renovation, she’s right there in the action, making every detail perfect.

Her journey in design started with gutting and fully renovating her first home, giving her years of hands-on construction experience that now informs every project she takes on. With an eye for detail and a deep understanding of materials and craftsmanship, she guarantees that every design solution is stunning and functional.

When she’s not transforming homes, Veronica stays active—hitting the gym, kayaking, biking, or giving back to the community through volunteer work. Oh, and did we mention she’s bilingual in Spanish? She loves working with a diverse range of clients to make their design dreams a reality.

At You-nique Interior Designs, Veronica brings passion, experience, and a touch of artistry to every project. Ready to create something beautiful together? Let’s get started!

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

TESTIMONIALS

“Veronica is absolutely amazing! She has completely transformed our entire house. New kitchen, new powder room, new flooring throughout, updated stairs, carpet in the bedrooms, accent wall in the foyer, and updated furnishings to tie everything together. She is phenomenal. Her vision is inspiring, but seeing it all come together, is nothing short of spectacular. We are so lucky to have found her and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to update or remodel their home. You will not be disappointed!”

“Veronica is a visionary. She can look at any space and come up with a You-nique plan! Veronica has transformed a challenging family room layout into a cozy, welcoming sanctuary for us. She also helped us to update two 20 year old outdated bathrooms into stunning, luxurious spaces that invite relaxation and peace. I highly recommend Veronica for any project you have in mind.”

“Simply put, Veronica is INCREDIBLE. My wife and I hired her to assist with our bathroom remodel. We were not only blown away by her design, but could not believe how involved she was in the remodel process. Veronica was in constant communication with the contractors, frequently visited the job site to make sure the work matched her design and expectations and treated our bathroom and all the expenditures as if they were her own. Veronica is extremely patient and went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were happy with the remodel. Not only would we refer to friends and family, but we’re already lining up other projects for her to assist us on.”

“Veronica is a gem! Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she was so easy to work with. I needed help with pulling my living room and drink service area together. Her vision blended all of my existing decorative pieces to make a very stylish yet comfortable look. Her ideas were endless as she worked within our limits and over delivered on what you or I could ever image possible.”

“Veronica designed two of my business studios from the paint to art work and furnishing. They are both beautiful. She is very gifted in design and management of projects. I highly recommend her for home and business. She will be designing my master bath next!!”

“Working with Veronica for our powder room and master bath renovation helped turn an outdated space into a beautifully designed and functional space that we love!! She was meticulous and supportive throughout every phase of the project. From our first meeting to project completion, she tailored a design that perfectly suited our needs and aesthetic. She worked closely with us in selecting all of our fixtures, tile, flooring, and decor to design an ideal space. She acted as project manager and communicated effectively with the contractor to ensure a smooth process. We highly recommend working with Veronica for any project you may have!”
